About Hospice Thornhill
Hospice Thornhill was established in 1987 as a non-profit organization, mandated to provide community-based palliative to ensure that all residents and their families affected by a life threatening illness have access to timely, compassionate, caring and quality end of life support. Specially trained volunteers provide support through varied programs such as: the day respite and therapeutic touch programs, in-home visitation- which compliment existing heath care service providers and bereavement support programs.
